The Challenge

Ciments Du Sahel was experiencing high running hours on their generators, which led to frequent breakdowns and inefficiencies in power supply. The generators were unable to consistently meet the contractual power requirements, causing operational disruptions and increased maintenance costs

Solution

To address the issue, ENCOMM POWER proposed a comprehensive overhaul and repair of the downed generators. This included sending some of the generators to a Cummins service provider for thorough overhauling and necessary repairs.

Implementation

The implementation phase is currently underway, with several generators already sent to the Cummins service provider for overhauling. This strategic move aims to restore the generators to optimal working condition, ensuring they can handle the required base load efficiently.
